Standard Club Membership:
1 month - $12
3 months - $33 ($11/month)
6 months - $60 ($10/month)
1 year - $108 ($9/month)
Club membership allows you to attend unlimited group runs each month, including our Weekly Fun Run every Wednesday night and 1st Sunday Breakfast Runs every other month. You will recieve an official membership card, good for regular savings at local running stores and a 10% discount on all "One Good Run" club merchandise. Non-members pay $5 per run at all club meetings and $10 for the 1st Sunday Breakfast Runs. This club currently operates exclusively in the Wilmington area.
***Our clubs are geared toward beginner and intermediate runners. Routes are generally 2-6 miles and all participants are encouraged to go at their own, comfortable pace. We also encourage regular recovery walk breaks. Whether you are entirely new to exercise or simply new to running, we will find an appropriate level for your body. ALL of our runners are friendly. Some of us have been running for years; some for a matter of weeks. There will almost always be someone at your pace.
In-Person Private Coaching:
1 session - $75
4 sessions - $290 ($72 each)
8 sessions - $560 ($70 each)
10 sessions - $680 ($68 each)
*training plans are considered a separate expense.
1-on-1 coaching sessions last 45-60 minutes, scheduled at mutual convenience for the client and trainer. We currently offer private coaching in the following NC regions:
Wilmington, Leland and Wrightsville Beach
Holly Springs, Apex and Fuquay-Varina
Raleigh, Cary and Morrisville.
Private clients recieve
- initial, telephone consultation, assessing the athlete's physical history, current fitness
level, injuries and training goals.
- unlimited phone and email correspondence for training log feedback, motivation
and advice.
- running-specific stretch routines for added strength and injury prevention.
- assistance in selecting and creating running courses.
- individualized advice on training plans, injuries, nutrition and race strategies.
Online/Telephone Coaching:
1 month - $50
3 months - $110 ($36/month)
6 months - $200 ($32/month)

Remote coaching is available world-wide to English and Spanish-speaking clients. This program is designed for brand-new runners and fit beginners (already involved in a regular exercise program) who live outside our NC regions. Regular coaching provides added motivation and accountability.
Remote clients recieve
- initial, telephone consultation, assessing the athlete's physical history, current fitness
level, injuries and training goals.
- a customized 6-16 week training plan, designed to support your goals and guard against
fatigue, boredom and injury.
- regular training plan review (and re-organization, where necessary)
- unlimited phone and email correspondence for training log feedback, motivation
and advice.
Race Pacing:
5k - $25
10k - $50
Half Marathon - $150
Marathon - $300

Private pacing isn't just for Olympians! If you're scared to run your first race alone or have a specific time goal you're determined to meet, our race pacing service may be just the answer. We’ll help you develop a racing strategy and run beside you to the finish line. (Please Note: Some of the larger half/full marathons offer free group pacing. Be sure to check your race's FAQ page!) Pacing is available in all our NC regions.
Customized Training Plans: $50
Even if you don't plan to train with us, we can create a personal training schedule to help you reach your running goals. The plan includes:
- initial, telephone consultation, assessing the athlete's physical history, current fitness
level, injuries and training goals.
- a customized 6-16 week training plan, designed to support your goals and guard against
fatigue, boredom and injury.
