Online coaching is available world-wide to English and Spanish-speaking clients. Regular coaching provides added motivation and accountability. All you need is a pair of running shoes and about 2 hours a week. We'll try to give you everything else.
Remote clients recieve
- initial, telephone consultation, assessing the athlete's physical history, current fitness
level, injuries and training goals.
- a customized 6-16 week training plan, designed to support your goals and guard against
fatigue, boredom and injury.
- regular training plan review (and re-organization, where necessary)
- unlimited phone and email correspondence for training log feedback, motivation
and advice.
Typical training plans comprise 3 walk/runs each week and increase by 10-15%, in either time or distance, every 6 days. Customized schedules take into account each clients previous exercise history, current fitness level, injuries, time restrictions, route preferences and standard walk/running pace.
