and advice.
Can you do it on your own? Of course you can! But impartial coaches offer running-specific expertise to guide your training plan, stretching habits, nutrition and recovery. Let us take an objective look at your running goals, your history and your progress.
Train for any 5k, 8k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or ultra! Our RRCA-approved training principles are proven to work for ANY distance.
Online coaching costs:
1 month - $100
3 months - $275
6 months - $500

Bring your own training plan, and total costs are reduced to $50 a month!
Typical training plans comprise 3 walk/runs each week and increase by 10-15%, in either time or distance, every 6 days. Customized schedules take into account each clients previous exercise history, current fitness level, injuries, time restrictions, route preferences and standard walk/running pace.
